General Description

Material (a)nylon 6, 6 with stuffer yarn warning. 3 in. W. Min tensile strength 20, 400 lb. Per ply; (b)nylon thread 6 cord 70 lb tensile strength; (c)cordura liner 3 in. Width tensile strength 6900 lb; (d)nylon is to be latex impregnated rubber or acylic base (ultraviolet + moisture resistant); sling: (a)length 60 in. Bearing to bearing (inside eye to inside eye); (b)end configuration flat eye both ends of sling. Length of eye 12 in. Tapered to 2in. At bearing surface; (c)cordura liner: from base of eye to base of eye, oneside only; (d)sewing pattern for eye: of 10 in. Splice 3-1/2-5 stiches per in. Using "w" cross stich pattern; (e)body of sling 2 ply of nylon to be sewn together full length of sling; (f)leather i.D. Tag: (sewn on sling) max load: chokehitch 6000 lb, basket hitch 12, 000 lb; pin 8735439; warning-remove from service when red cord is exposed. (g)color yellow with red safety core. (h) min breaking strength 30, 000 lbstensile.
