General Description

The winch shall hydraulically powered and hydraulically controlled; the winch assembly shall be capable of accommodating the lst-side-loading-induced 90 degree rotation about side loadable warping tug longitudinal axis with a ships roll of plus or minus 30 degrees when side loaded; the winch shall start and operate at full power in outside air temperature between minus 20 degrees and 140 degrees fahrenheit
