General Description

A gasoline engine driven platform truck, mtd on a 4 by 4 chassis, 24000lb gross vehicle wt capacity, w/heavy duty cooling system, heavy duty clutchmanually shifted transmission, min, 10 forward speeds, min 6 cylinders, fullair brakes, power steering, 12v ignition system, starting system, andlighting system, w/closed cab, min, 2 persons seating capacity, front mtdwinch, pintle assembly, a revolving articulating boom type hydraulic crane, located at rear of cab, 300 degrees boom swing, 4000 lb capacity at 10 ft radiusand 2000 lb capacity at 18 ft radius, provided w/either a spare wheel or arim, tie-down attachments conforming to mil-std-709, type iii, the all steeltruck platform shall be provided w/stake pockets and removable steel stakes, a cargo conversion unit that consists of a steel body front, steel sides, that shall be attached to the inside /loadside/ of the stakes, and a steeltailgate, the platform floor shall have 24 apertures, 2-1/2 dia, and shallbe spaced about 1 ft from the platform edges on 2 ft centers
