The vx5790a arbitary wavrform generator is a "d" size message based device. It uses 10 bit words known as data points to generate wave forms from dc to 25mhz with output amplitude from 50mv to 20v ptp. Max clock rate is 100mhz. Each data. Point is seperated by 10 nsec. Waveforms are ramp, sine, square, triangle and pulse. Inputs are external trigger and clock outputs are trigger and cal sense. Unit has 128k memory that store data points
