To locaate the stripper ring. The stripper ring is 16.250 o.D. By 13.250 i.D. By 0.500 thk. And is tapped in 6 locations for 0.375 unc bolts. The fixture ring is drilled and tapped in 18 locations for 0.375 by 16.000 unc bolts which attach the 6 clamp pads and 6 support blocks.
